Clinical research at our faculty has been increasingly developed with careful research design concerning about ethical issues together with academic accuracy. Systematic data accumulation and records are being amended and transformed to be able to gather data from multi-centers. Most clinical studies conducted at our faculty are related to the outcome evaluation, for example, the treatment outcome after vital pulp therapy in young permanent teeth, the success of various techniques to achieve pulpal anesthesia, and the factors that affect the outcome, etc. Moreover, studies in public health, oral health promotion, and oral health care among the population including disabled and older adults are also well- produced which generates impacts on our society.
